After two close up seconds and a short break, Bold Enforcer has returned to racing a winner, taking out the Great Northern Maiden Plate (1500m) at Rockhampton today.

With solid form and Ryan Wiggins in the saddle, Bold Enforcer was sent out a short priced favourite.

Settling down mid-field on the fence, there was some work for Bold Enforcer to do at the top of the long run home, but once Wiggins was able to ease out from behind the leading group and into clear running, Bold Enforcer quickly went through his gears, hitting the front inside of the final furlong and proving too good in the run to the line.

Being a first run in almost two months, over seven and a half furlongs, the win was full of merit and should only see the 4yo by Zariz, improve again.
